Though there is nothing funny about the issue. I wanted to share this video which aptly represents the situation and the irrational approach being applied to solve the problem.

Ha ha...yeah, had seen this one before. They depicted the uncomfortable public nicely in the end. And I guess, it is true that the general public can be only watching helpless. Hope this brings in awareness with the responsible ones!
Though nothing really funny about the issue, great satirical video on the approach adopted to plug the spill. Nice video and thanks for sharing.
